      Hey, sorry I forgot to reply lol. I don’t mean reluagr walking in any way. I mean speed walking. If you’ve ever noticed on a treadmill, there are two things that happen when you are running and its checking your heart rate. If you are outright running your heart rate becomes very high and yes it seems like you are burning a lot of calories but in essence what you are doing is not cardio if your heart rate is high. Speed walking gives you high heart rate but not too high.

      think its not really as easy as they say to to spot fat retioducn. It’s more that you’ll lose fat in certain areas quicker than in others. Squats and pushups and I guess Jumping jacks use most of your core muscles which helps burn the most fat, doing other things like weight lifting wouldn’t do anything because you aren’t working core muscle groups. At least this is my basic understanding. Speed/power walking is the best way to lose weight I think, not jogging
